Freight Delivery Eligibility: The service is available for zoned commercial or industrial locations, with receiving hours between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. These sites must be accessible by a 53' tractor trailer and equipped with a loading dock (48" to 52") or a forklift to facilitate the quick and safe unloading of freight. A signature is required upon delivery.

Exclusions and Rural Locations: The free freight delivery service excludes residential or home-based businesses, limited access locations, construction sites, mines, quarries, natural gas or oil fields, steel mills, nuclear generating stations, military installations, commercial farms or business ranches, and island deliveries, including Key West, Florida, Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, and Manhattan. Additionally, schools, wind-farms, camps, flea markets, nursing homes, restaurants, marinas, yacht clubs, libraries, vineyards or wineries, orchards, country clubs or social clubs, ski resorts, chalets or lodges, prisons, airports, churches or places of worship, Native American reservations, utility sites, fairs or carnivals, individual mini-storage units, and commercial establishments not open to the public during normal business hours or without personnel readily available to assist with pickup or delivery, or without access to a loading/unloading dock or platform, are also excluded. Sites where security inspections and processes are required before pickup or delivery can be performed, as well as locations where pickup or delivery requires smaller than 48-foot trailers, including straight trucks, are also ineligible for free delivery. Rural locations, such as those in Wyoming, Washington, Montana, and parts of Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Missouri, Colorado, Texas, and Kansas, are also excluded from the free delivery service. These indirect zones are typically located in remote or rural, non-metropolitan areas.
